For individuals with limited access to care or inadequate health insurance, tools like\u00a0Stelo\u00a0can also offer valuable diagnostic insight and increased visibility into their health. According to\u00a0<\/span>the Stelo website<\/span><\/a>, the product is marketed toward adults who\u00a0aren\u2019t\u00a0taking insulin and can be\u00a0purchased\u00a0by anyone seeking\u00a0additional\u00a0information on their glucose levels.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    However, while these technologies can enhance awareness and detection,\u00a0they\u2019re\u00a0intended to complement, not replace, guidance from a healthcare provider.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
